30th Birthday Time Capsule

To celebrate our 30th birthday, we will be installing a screen on the ground floor of Victoria Shopping Centre which will be showing photos and videos of the centre, as well as clips from the news and media from the past 30 years!

To create a community ‘time capsule’, we are inviting you to add images or memories to our time capsule, which we will show on the screen! The screen will be live in the centre from 9th – 20th November.

Do you have any images or news clippings, old or new? Send them in!

Plus, we will be selecting one of the entrants to WIN a £100 voucher to spend at Victoria Shopping Centre! Terms and conditions apply*. To enter, simply submit an image or file and if you win, you will be contacted via email.

Please note that this portal will close on Friday 18th November. We cannot guarantee that all submitted content will be shown on the screen.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The promoter of the competition is Victoria Shopping Centre. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
  • The prize draw is open to UK residents, excluding Victoria Shopping Centre employees, their immediate family, or any person or company associated with the draw.
  • To enter the competition, submit an image or file to this portal
  • The competition prize is a £100 voucher for WH Smith, TK Maxx, New Look, The Body Shop or Starbucks. The voucher cannot be split between stores and must be selected for one store.
  • The competition will commence on 19th October and close at midnight on 18th November. Entries received after this time and date will not be counted.
  • Victoria Shopping Centre reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
  • The management reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.
    All decisions of the management will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • No cash alternative to the prize will be offered, the prizes are not transferable.
  • The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • The winner will be notified via email. The winner will have 2 weeks to reply before another winner is chosen. The winner’s contact details may be passed on to a third party for prize fulfilment purposes.
  • The winner will need to provide a valid email address to redeem their prize.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • Owners of all submissions must consent to their images/files being used for the 30th birthday time capsule portal and any subsequent promotion on Victoria Shopping Centre’s website and on social media. The winner consents to their image being photographed and promoted.
  • By entering the competition, the winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the draw and use on websites, social media platforms, magazines or mobile services at any time without further consent or payment.
